I wonder if by changing production companies it means In Pursuit’s format will change or stay the same.

If you look at it, he’s being sentenced to 25 years and since he was in the country illegally, he’s likely going to be deported following his sentence and will be 60 years old by the time all is said and done.

Its Late July/Early August 2019, there’s only a few short months before the decade wraps up, however instead of posting who the next capture could be, I thought it’d be interesting to point out which fugitives stand out on the Top Ten List.
At the start of the Decade, Whitey Bulger, Osama Bin Laden, and Victor Manuel Gerena all stood out with rewards in the millions, however both Osama and Bulger were located in 2011 and after their captures Jason Derek Brown had his reward increased to $200,000 in 2013, thus making him priority #2, and by this point Brown was already a heavy weight on the Top Ten in terms of publicity attraction.
The list would get more “publicity attractive” fugitives in 2014 with the addition of Brad Bishop and Yaser Said, thus balancing out the list with Brown, Fisher, Urbina and Gerena.
In 2017 after Victor Gerena was removed, Brown became the only Fugitive with a reward greater than $100,000, and in terms of being “publicity attractive” they had also Brad Bishop, Bhadreshkumar Patel, Yaser Said, Robert Fisher, Walter Yovany Gomez and Robert Van Wisse.
Fast forward to 2019, nearly every Fugitive if not all on the current list are publicity attractive at this point, and the FBI made it possible with their latest 2 additions as well as choosing some challenging fugitives back in 2017.
In terms of reward, Jason Derek Brown and Rafael Caro-Quintero (and maybe Eugene Palmer as additional reward money aside from the $100,000 by the FBI is also possibly being offered) stand out on that front
Robert Fisher, Alexis Flores, Jason Derek Brown, Yaser Said, Bhadreshkumar Patel, Santiago Mederos, Alejandro Castillo, Rafael Carl-Quintero, Arnoldo Jimenez, & Eugene Palmer are all very well known individuals at this point, they stand out because of how long they’ve been on the list, their crime, were featured on a crime show, are wanted for landmark cases, or their reward is just really huge.

Actually this is a very intense case and usually these kind of cases land on the Top Ten List but given that there aren’t any open slots, we just hope he’s still alive and caught, because what he did was very disgusting. I mean for me to think that 15 year old victim was only 10 in 2014 makes me feel really bad for the victim, she’s just a baby regardless of what you may think.

Yeah don't get me wrong, I love John Walsh and he's still my hero but if I ever get to have a longer than 5 minute conversation with him, I'm going to have to (politely) call him out on why he's said like since 2014 that he's going to profile Alexis Flores one more time before he retires and still hasn't yet. Unless it's basically known where Flores is and it's a matter of extradition and bureaucracy bs we see with many fugitive cases, so that's why we haven't seen Flores on The Hunt and/or In Pursuit yet. Part of me thinks Flores’ case won’t be resolved with a crime show, or him being on the Top Ten List, but with Honduras either letting him live with near impunity, or send him back to the U.S. under special circumstances. A crime show won’t be needed and I think that because after 12 years on the Ten Most Wanted List, and people having gotten connected to the internet much more in that time since all over the world that perhaps people who know Alexis Flores’ family in Honduras would have said something by now or would have publicly shamed him for what he’s done, and Flores is living a pretty crappy life, but Honduran police just won’t arrest and extradite him because of the way the laws are.

As I mentioned in the original posting, I recommended for us to sort of stray away from recommending top list cases since they are likely to get profiles anyway but I see your point of wanting to stress that those cases haven't been aired yet. And in fairness, In Pursuit surprisingly didn't have that many top list cases in season 1. Here’s my next list. FBI fugitive cases (non Top Ten) Bruce Sawhill Joe Constance Fred Alba Wert Octavio Curiel Martinez Octaviano Juarez-Corro Elby Hars Caris Ayala Gregory Whitehead Missing children: Dorothy Scofield Christian Ferguson Bianca Piper Joanna Hernandez-Pacheco Sunny Sramek (if not located soon) Sarah Burton Nyleen Kay Marshall

My first Suggestions are as follows.
Stanley Obas - Wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of a 13 year old girl in July 1996 in Pennsylvania.
The disappearance of Jodi Huisentruit from Mason City, Iowa in June 1995.
The disappearance of Jeramy Burt from Boise, Idaho in February 2007.
The disappearance of the Fort Worth Trio from Fort Worth, Texas in December 1974.
William Bradford Bishop, Jr. - Wanted for allegedly murdering his entire family in Maryland in March 1976 (He’s no longer a Top Ten Fugitive)
Gerardo Cruz-Hernandez - Wanted for the alleged sexual assault of a female victim from 2011 to 2014 while she was between the ages of 12 and 15.

I think Larry Porter Chism is catchable, and he is more than likely still in the United States, probably working as a ranch hand/farm hand somewhere in the Deep South or out west, perhaps maybe even a truck driver.

The FBI appears to have unblurred Alejandro Castillo’s 2015 Photo which is the main one used by the FBI. The fact that they’ve changed his poster once already since his addition nearly 2 ago is interesting. I’m shocked that 2 years ago we all said Castillo would be the easiest to locate and has been on the Top Ten List and within the last 2 years veterans Jesus Munguia and Eduardo Ravelo have been captured so far.

My main complaint is the lack of crimes against children fugitive additions in the past few years. It's like guys suddenly stopped molesting children when we know that sadly isn't the case. It wouldn’t hurt to re-add some Fugitives to the CAC section at least someone like Edward Reisch or William Lee Copp. I agree the lack of child molestation additions to the CAC section and the FBI Top Ten List makes me wonder what’s up at the FBI or the DOJ.

I think he is definitely top ten material. The problem I see is on True Crime Daily they said the photo we see in the OP ia the only photo available of him, so it may be hard to catch him off the public recognizing him, which is part of the criteria for the list versus cold cases where they may be more to work with. I think they are able to obtain more images if the chance presents itself to add him to the list, however one must look into whether or not Willingham’s family is cooperating with law enforcement. I think known associates or friends could also have pictures with him as well and they could be used too. He’d be the perfect FBI Top Ten Contender should a slot open up whether it’s a Long timer or a recent fugitive.

I could see a resemblance to the suspect in the Scofield disappearance and Welch, that is considering if Welch was clean shaven and didn’t use a headband like in his 1977 Montgomery County, Maryland Mugshot when he was taken in for burglary.

Since The Disappearance of the Fort Worth Trio in Texas, The Lyon Sisters in Maryland, and this case are sometimes speculated to be connected, I do see something in Lloyd Welch’s timeline that was released in 2014 when they named him a “Person of Interest” in the Lyons case and it looks like Welch was in Texas in 1974, and was in Maryland starting in March 1975, however Welch was picked up for questioning in April 1975 in relation to the Lyons case and that’s the last known date of his whereabouts on that timeline until he resurfaces again in April 1977 in Takoma Park, Maryland. Looking at this I saw that in November 1977 he provided an address and in March 1980, Welch was in Florida and I’m starting to wonder where was Welch from April 1975 Until April 1977, that’s good 2 years, there’s nothing on his whereabouts during the course of 1976 in his timeline. Welch was a drifter and likely went to Florida during 1976 in my opinion, however it’s not bad that investigators look into this one too. Keep in mind that 1977 mugshot was in Montgomery County, MD in November and he provided an address in Florida in November of that same year. archives.fbi.gov/archives/baltimore/press-releases/2014/person-of-interest-named-in-kidnapping-of-lyon-sisters-others-victims-sought

Even though it seems the case is pretty much closed, Lloyd Welch is the confessed killer and sadly we will probably never find the Lyon sisters' remains to give them a proper burial, since their case has received national media coverage including ABC News, I am moving their thread to the Missing on TV section. They’ve only found a tooth however it disappeared in 2017 when it was in the custody of Bedford County, VA sheriffs office. patch.com/maryland/bethesda-chevychase/lyon-sisters-murders-police-lose-tooth-found-suspected-burial-site

I never said Brown could be teaching in the U.S. but overseas teaching english or french in a foreign country where background checks aren't as stringent, hence how Hiers became an english teacher in China* I still think the father story makes for interesting discussion but probably is just a case of family history repeating itself. The FBi agents seemed very dismissive of the theory of Dateline and I feel there must be a reason for that. Perhaps Brown learned how to hide successfully from how his dad did it, but I don't think he's with him I found John Brown’s missing person description on the Charley Project charleyproject.org/case/david-john-brownI just don’t understand how Brown, a guy who liked being the center of attention has managed to stay on the run for 14 1/2 years (12 on the FBI Top Ten). I would think he’s living in an Amish community in the U.S. or living with some Amish styled people somewhere in Mexico.
