Apparently it all makes sense to me now why the FBI has been adding a bunch of L.A. area fugitives. The special agent of the FBI Los Angeles, Scott Garriola, accredited with the capture of multiple Ten Most Wanted Fugitives including Whitey Bulger is said to be retiring soon. I’ve narrowed done my pool of candidates for the Top Ten List to 4 names with Saul Aguilar being at the top of my list as I want to see a cold case from the 1990s added for the first time since Fidel Urbina. Saul Aguilar, Jr - Wanted for the murder of his girlfriend in 1997, this case is pretty well needed since it’s a 20 year old case that sticks with special agent Garriola. Aguilar is said to be in Mexicali, Mexico . Also it would make sense for them to add Aguilar because they’ve just added a new image of him, as well as the recent trend of individuals murdering their significant others are added to the Top Ten List. Ricardo Villa - Wanted for the attempted murder of 4 people in 2015 while out on bail for narcotics charges. The FBI doesn’t add many non murder fugitives but he’s dangerous to the point where he can make an exception since he nearly killed 4 people. Andres Zambrano - the most likely choice of my pool of candidates, he’s wanted for murdering the mother of his 2 year old child in 2017. laist.com/2019/08/01/an_la_fbi_agent_wants_your_help_catching_12_socal_fugitives_before_he_retires.php

Thing is, most countries actually won’t extradite their own citizens (Mexico being one of the biggest exceptions). I don’t know if it’s that type of policy that is preventing his extradition, but you would think that if the Honduran Government was concerned that he would face the death penalty, the Attorney General of PA would promise that it wouldn’t be sought. There is a law in place that the Honduran government will only allow extradition if its for terrorism and drug trafficking. Earlier this year when FBI Murder Fugitive Napoleon Castro was captured in El Salvador and extradited back to Los Angeles where he was wanted out of, the special agent of the FBI L.A. office, Scott Gariola said that while El Salvador has been sending back its citizens, in the same region Honduras and Belize are not as cooperative with extradition requests. That’s pretty telling since they do have an individual believed to be in Honduras and part of you wonders if Alexis Flores has been found in the years since but the Honduran Government simply declined to extradite him or even find him.

Apparently there’s a new image of Aguilar on his FBI poster.

This is a very brazen act he did, it’s like Richard McNair only more violent. Reason I found out about this case is because the YouTube news channel “Agenda-Free TV” was doing a nearly hour long live stream covering this case. youtu.be/jxNvv_1p8J8

I honestly think it’s time the FBI takes him off the list however with the recent addition of a new image of FBI fugitive Edgardo Welchez-Marroquin, a fugitive on the run the same year, state and from the same country as Alexis Flores, I hope they add some new images of Flores or perhaps Honduras is in contact with investigators here and have sent them images of Flores since his deportation in 2005.

A new image of Welchez-Marroquin has been added to his FBI Poster. Don’t know if this was taken while he was in the United States or if they traced him to Honduras and obtained these images from authorities there.... if the latter is the case then perhaps there is hope he and others can be caught.

The fact that there have been 3 huge mass shootings within a matter of 10 days, it makes me wonder if other people get inspired when one happens. Like sometimes we have a break of not having one for a few weeks and then it’s like they all happen at once.

With the recent capture of Us Marshals Top 15 Most Wanted, Peter Chadwick and FBI website Fugitive Juan Alberto Méndez within the last couple days, I hope we can get the same repeat from someone on the FBI Top Ten List already.
The fact that both Chadwick and Méndez ended up in Mexico is interesting and makes me think perhaps the individuals likely to be captured are Santiago Mederos, Alejandro Castillo &/or Arnoldo Jimenez.

It came to me a few hours ago while at work, that if Patel fled back to India or went to England or another destination, It would be nearly impossible for him to flee on a flight from the United States to said destination. I believe Patel likely got a flight in Mexico, or Canada and fled back to India or somewhere else and finding records of his flight are difficult because of this...... I actually think this is also the case with Yaser Said as well that he may have gotten a flight from Canada (or Mexico given the close proximity to Texas) and went back to Egypt.

It seems we’re in a quasi civil war in this country since these mass shootings that have occurred since October 2017 have been politically or racially motivated. Honestly it’s sick to commit a crime like this because of ideological reasons with regards to race and ethnicity. As far as gun legislation I don’t want to get into it as I know it’s not going to get done, as much as we all want for it to happen, but addressing the racist and ridiculous reasons for why 45’s to far gone base think it’s okay to go out and do this should be addressed by everyone if they’re decent human beings.

Welcome back! (Even though you were already here lol). Life happens sometimes, I hope personally our lives are great for the rest of the year. But in society itself we'll unfortunately continue to have challenges. It's a matter of how we respond to our personal or societal challenges. Also as someone who grew up in a public transportation city, even those of us who drive barely use our vehicles, your expertise on cars is much appreciated since they often come up in cases lol. But anyways, welcome back! Thanks you, glad to be be back in a way☺️ I wonder if I’ll find Palmer thanks to my hobby

As I’ve said in an earlier post, I haven’t been as active as I usually have been, and really 2019 so far has been one of the most challenging and crazy years I’ve ever had, also I’ve had to deal with 3 tragedies within the last few months, personal drama, and keeping busy with work.
At first it was very hard for me, and it shows because in all honesty, every time a new fugitive is named to the FBI Top Ten, I get happy as I see it as the beginning of the end for that individual’s time on the run, however the 2 most recent additions didn’t even get me excited and that’s how upset I was, I’m just now processing that Arnoldo Jimenez and Eugene Palmer are currently on the list now. Some very good words of wisdom for all you guys that are on here regularly, it’s that you are your happiness, you make your happiness, and be happy appreciate those around you and what you have, because when you do, it’s the best feeling on earth.
I’m getting a little better, I’m going to try and post on here frequently like I used to because I really miss being on here and also I’ve got project lined up, and no it’s not a sleuth or politics related, (I’m very fed up with politics and I don’t even want to hear it anymore until the year of the actual election). Since I’m also a car enthusiast I decided to do some searching around and scored a stunning barn find recently and I found a beautiful 1979 Porsche (I won’t say which model in particular only that it’s one of the cheaper ones), pretty much been getting that thing ready to take it on a road trip to New York City in a couple weeks. ☺️
Now let’s hope the rest of 2019 goes well without any tragedies and only good vibes, because my heart goes out to the victims, their families and the first responders of the shooting that occurred in El Paso, Texas, I just wish we can get something done with this whole gun control mess and I’ll just leave it at that.

This is actually a record for me not talking about Top Ten Contenders as it’s been 2 months since Eugene Palmer’s addition. The reason I’ve been silent on that and not posting as much as I used to will be addressed in a future post on another thread.
But the other reason why, is because the FBI Los Angeles has a full field of candidates (the recent article talking about L.A. area fugitives fleeing to Mexico), even those individuals in that article and individuals not mentioned like Warren Stern have good chances of making the list.
Baldomero Barrientos Banuelos, Saul Aguilar, and Warren Stern are all my wild card cold cases for the FBI Top Ten, Andres Zambrano could take a slot if one opens up soon.
