It’s interesting how Live PD and this article were released only days apart.
I do think think it would be the sad irony that Patel murdered his wife, only to end up in India, but sometimes even a guy like Patel doesn’t get to pick and choose where he goes to live out his fugitive life, and the only place where I think Bhadreshkumar Patel can hide out well is India as he could blend in a crowd and perhaps he has some fully grown facial hair by now too.
I think India is the most plausible given the fact that Patel has been on the run for nearly 5 years and nearly 3 years as an FBI Top Ten Fugitive.

Today and tomorrow marked 10 years since the additions of Joe Saenz, Eduardo Ravelo, & Semion Mogilevich to the FBI Top Ten list.
These 3 individuals were amongst the 10 we started this decade off with. Each of these fugitives wasn’t a 1 day/month/year capture, it took awhile to get them caught or removed.
Joe Saenz was captured after 3 years on the list in Mexico in 2012
Semion Mogilevich was removed without capture in 2015
Eduardo Ravelo was captured after 8 1/2 years on the list in Mexico in 2018 and to be honest it’s still hard to believe he’s been captured and replaced for over a year now.
Going into 2020, assuming we don’t have any captures for the rest of the year, like the triple 2009 fugitives from a decade ago, I’m curious to see when each of the triple 2017 fugitives will go down.

New prediction, if we don’t get a capture before December 1st, I speculate that someone is going to be removed from the list, and i won’t say who I think it is, but it’s hard for the FBI to replace one of the current 10 with someone currently on the FBI site as no one on the site is accused of a crime committed in 2019.
Usually the FBI removes a fugitive added to the top ten list who was added under another FBI director, and replace that person with someone accused of a crime that is recent and have committed at least 2 murders, or have attempted to murder more than 2 people.
Though Hugo Villanueva-Morales could possibly make the cut if he stays at large for awhile longer.

At the same time I understand Mexico needs to do its part, but then again, they’re trying their best to take care of the situation when it comes to the drug war.
On the flip side, guys like Caro-Quintero, El Chapo, Servando Gómez Martínez aka “La Tuta”, and Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, are all leading or have led organizations that are basically paramilitary groups, that are very sophisticated, it’s not like they’re a bunch of beginners or small time criminals, heck Nemesio Oseguera used to be a police officer, Vicente Carrillo Fuentes, used to be a police officer, and a lot of these guys have access to military grade equipment, for example Barrio Azteca had grenades and the CJNG have rocket launchers and surface to air missiles.
The Mexican government needs to make improvements, and they’ve elected a great leader a year ago, I just hope I can keep saying that 5 years from now though, and something gets done about this drug war.
The drug war is basically Mexico’s Vietnam at home

This is a great ruling, and I have confidence that Caro-Quintero is going to get caught or be located and shot dead soon, as he spends a lot of his time giving interviews and being seen in public in Sinaloa. The mistake that El Chapo made, was that he spent his time in major cities like Mazatlan, Culiacán, & Los Mochis. Another mistake, and it’s one that was made by Servando Gómez Martínez aka La Tuta, former leader of the Knights Templar Cartel based in Michoacan, kept giving interviews to the press and appeared in public like Caro-Quintero does, La Tuta would end up getting caught in March 2015 in Morelia, Mexico.

After the Marshals capturing Corey Gaston recently after 8 years on the USMS Top 15, I hope the FBI can get Yaser Said after 5 years on the Ten Most Wanted List now. As I’ve said before, I have a hunch Said will get caught, but in a world full of weird things happening lately, I wouldn’t be surprised if Jason Brown finally goes down soon.

One interesting thing ipintern, our new forum member who works for In Pursuit let us know is that they submitted a case of a fugitive on our site named Tong Wu- wanted for the murder of his roommate in Philadelphia- but the Philadelphia P.D. is one the departments least willing to work with them and turned them down. So perhaps this is why Alexis Flores has yet to air on The Hunt or In Pursuit despite John Walsh saying he wanted to air him one more time before he retires. (And JW is still my hero but I've politely called him out on that ) Granted it is an FBI case but it still is also a Philly case and I assume would need some sort of cooperation from them. This would be problematic say if they wanted to profile Flores one day, they need to make interviews with the Philadelphia PD to get their insight and what’s been going on investigation wise. I mean imagine an episode where they’re only interviewing FBI Philadelphia agents and not the head of police in Philly, that’s like saying I’m going to a wedding and the bride and groom don’t want to participate, it just doesn’t make sense.

Corey Gaston was like the Eduardo Ravelo of the U.S. Marshals Top 15 Most Wanted as Gaston was on the list for 8 years.
However it is pretty shocking he was tracked down to Mexico but on the other hand.... they developed intelligence perhaps due to the alleged sightings in the last few months.

Apparently the FBI has just added an image of Murcia-Brazuela from 2010 which is 4 years after the crime he committed. There seems to be an indication that he’s entered the U.S. illegally under an assumed name and you could tell based on that mugshot, his poster used to mention Texas but now it mentions North Carolina which I suspect is where he was arrested. Also he weighed in around 200 pounds during his 2010 arrest. There’s also new aliases too. Aliases: Edwin Addiel Santamaria, Alex Santamaria, Edwid Santamaria, Hector Santamaria, Marvin Rafael Yanez, Pedro Fernandez, Hector Manuel Murcia, Hector Manuel Brizuela, Hector Brizuela, Hector Murcia, Hector Murcia Brizuela www.fbi.gov/wanted/murders/hector-manuel-murcia-brizuela

Sorry it took long fellas, I was going to do it last night but stuff came up. Saw this case on Criminally Listed recently.
According to CL, Larry Woods was sighted at an apartment complex at 11:30am on the day of his escape and it was also around the same time the prison was aware that Woods escaped.
Personally I don’t think he was crushed to death by a compactor, I think he’s hiding out really well within the United States or for all we know he could have fled to the Caribbean if he felt ambitious to stay on the run for a long time. Also the reason for why he’s managed to stay at large for so long is because local and prison authorities are handling this case, The FBI and The U.S. Marshals should at least step in to help and I think Woods would be a wild card for both agencies’ Most Wanted lists only because it’ll either confirm he likely parished in the garbage truck, or successfully escaped and has been living a trouble free life as a fugitive.

It’s been almost 2 years since both Santiago Mederos and Alejandro Castillo have been added to the Ten Most Wanted List and it’s been nearly 4 months since the latest addition to the list (Eugene Palmer).
Next week is the last full week of September and then October starts.... in which I consider the beginning of the end of the year. The list hasn’t had a capture in 6 months and I have to say, I give the FBI credit as the list has improved significantly of what it used to be like in October 2015, now they just have very difficult to locate fugitives.
Part of the reason why, it is IMO is because the 4 fugitives that have ties to Mexico (Alex Castillo, Santiago Mederos, Arnoldo Jimenez, and the Narco of Narcos), are believed to be in Mexican states where there is a level travel advisory which means; Do Not Travel.
This isn’t really the case with Alex Castillo as much as it is with the others, Santiago Mederos is believed to be in the state of Guerrero, Arnoldo Jimenez is known to frequent Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico, and Rafael Caro-Quintero, given that he’s got a leadership role in the Sinaloa Cartel makes me believe he’s somewhere in Sinaloa state. This could be the reason why Mederos, & Jimenez have not been captured yet.
There is a bit of hope as Jesus Munguia, and Eduardo Ravelo we’re captured in Michoacan state months apart in 2018, with that state also under a Level 4: Do Not Travel Advisory.
Castillo as we’ve all speculated may be getting help from family.
Yaser Said will eventually get caught, and that’s a case I want solved before the start of 2020, Eugene Palmer, Robert Fisher, & Jason Brown, I hope they make one wrong move, or law enforcement get lucky and arrest one of them...
As for Alexis Flores, I really don’t know anymore to be completely honest. Part of me still holds out hope he’s likely hiding out in Honduras and they haven’t been able to locate him.
