In 1992, the suspect was angry at the victim for breaking up with him. The suspect bought a gun, shot and killed the victim as he left his apartment to go to work.

Thoughts? As of this posting date (March 16th, 2020), Garcia is still listed on the LAPD most wanted website, which granted is not the most updated website and has mainly cold case fugitives only, but since it still a functioning website enough for me to reasonably assume that he is probably still wanted as of this update. If that status has changed or changes in the future, anyone is more than welcome to let us know.
Also, I unfortunately could not find any additional information about the name of the victim in this case.
