A 39-year-old Houma man facing multiple counts of possessing child pornography is now a wanted fugitive after missing his court date, authorities said.
Kenneth Patrick Porche Jr. is charged with 23 counts of possessing pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13 and failure to appear in court, the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office said.
Porche, who had been previously convicted for secretly taping women in a public bathroom, was arrested at his home on 143 Glenhill Drive on Aug. 2 in connection with a multi-agency investigation, the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office said.
Porche was released from the Terrebonne Parish jail on Oct. 7 after posting a $25,000 bond, the Sheriff’s Office said.
He was scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 6 but never showed up, prosecutors said. District Judge George Larke Jr. ordered a bench warrant for his arrest.
Porche was convicted of video voyeurism after recording women in a public bathroom in 2015, authorities said.
While executing a search warrant of Porche’s home in August, authorities also found multiple weapons in the suspect’s home including three shotguns, two rifles, a .22-caliber pistol and a 12-gauge shotgun with a sawed-off barrel and stock, the Sheriff’s Office said.
As of Friday night, the suspect remained at large.

Thoughts? As of this posting date (March 10th, 2020), Porche is still listed on the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office website as one of their most wanted fugitives. They last updated on Jan. 27th, 2020 but enough for me to reasonably assume he's probably still at large as of the aforementioned posting date and I'll continually check this source: www.tpso.net/MostWanted.aspx
