According to Newspapers.com archives, Eill Galo Santos is accused of murdering his roommate, 37-year old Saul Rigoberto Rosales. Officers found Saul who had been stabbed once. Tragically, Saul died from his injuries 40 minutes later.
Eill fled on foot and has been wanted ever since. He was a confirmed member of MS-13 back in 2003.
