BTW, why is his eyes blacked out? Mexican media tends to do this with people arrested or accused of a serious crime.

They do that a lot to fugitives captured in Mexico for some reason. Perhaps it's so we don't recognize the fugitive until it's official, hence why they usually give only a first name and an initial but we figured out who it was anyway.

This is one those cases where I’m glad everyone has been captured and even the Top Ten List played a role in catching Ravelo. Thankfully it only took nearly 3 months, and without having to use the top ten list to capture him. Now we can breath a sigh of relief and get justice for the victims of the consulate murders because this is for them, and for the victims in Mexico who have been killed by Barrio Azteca and La Empreza.

Aside from the US consulate murders, the numbers I read suggested that Luis Mendez participated in 900 homicides! So hopefully this brings some type of justice for a lot of families, presumably the majority of them being in Ciudad Juarez.
