From Concord (New Hampshire) Patch:
CONCORD, NH — This week's District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force Fugitive of the Week is a convicted child sexual assaulter who is wanted on a failure to appear charge. Kevin Patrick Donnelly, 50, is accused of not appearing in Hillsborough County Superior Court on a failure to register as a sex offender charge. He is 6-feet, 4-inches tall, weighs around 240 lbs., and has brown eyes and gray hair.
This week's alert stated that Donnelly is blind in his right eye and also has a noticeable scar on his left hand.
"Donnelly is required to register as a sex offender as a result of his 1996 conviction in Grafton County (NH) for aggravated felonious sexual assault," said Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White. "Donnelly was last known to be homeless in the Manchester, NH, area."
A warrant for Donnelly's arrest was issued on Aug. 2, by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
According to the state of New Hampshire's sex offender registry database, the victim in Donnelly's initial conviction was under 13. He has also been convicted of theft in 1992, violation of the terms of his probation or parole in 1998, duty to report in 2011, and receiving stolen property in 2015.

Thoughts? Donnelly still has an active online U.S. Marshals wanted poster right now so based on that I feel it is reasonably safe to assume that he's still wanted as of this posting date (2/26/2020): www.usmarshals.gov/district/nh/fugitives/fow/fowposters/2019/donnelly.pdf
Of course if that status has changed or changes in the future, anyone is more than welcome to let us know.
