According to Newspapers.com archives, Eric Delcid and 24-year old Omar Villegas Sandoval were rival gang members in Charlotte, North Carolina. On October 16, 2001, Eric allegedly shot Omar in a parking lot. Omar tried to flee in a vehicle which crashed. Tragically, Omar was pronounced deceased at a hospital.
On October 20, 2001, Charlotte authorities obtained a murder warrant for Eric Delcid.

Thoughts? As of today, February 23, 2020, Eric Delcid is confirmed to still be at large as he still has a listed murder warrant in the Mecklenburg County Public Warrants search.
I should also mention that Eric Delcid is a confirmed member of MS-13, which may influence which countries he could have fled to if he did flee the United States.
