Thoughts? As of this posting date (February 16th, 2020), Rabitaille is still listed online as one of the Most Wanted Absconders from the Michigan State Police. I put 2007 with a question mark as the wanted year since I don't know exactly when a warrant for Rabitaille was issued, only that 2007 is the last listed reported to the registry date.
