According to Deputy U.S. Marshal Christopher Bozeman, "In June of this year, Ontiveros allegedly broke into his ex girlfriend's apartment and shot her multiple times. She later died after being rushed to the hospital." Ontiveros fled the scene before police officers arrived and has been on the run ever since. "Ontiveros' last known place of residence was on the northeast side of San Antonio, but he may have received assistance to flee the city or even the state to avoid prosecution," said Deputy Bozeman. Brian Ontiveros is 22 years old, he's 5'11" and weighs 160 lbs . Just in case anyone wanted to know, a search of PACER records for the Western District of Texas did not find an UFAP case for Brian Ontiveros. I wanted to check since the Marshals thought he might have received assistance to flee Texas.

Only going to spoil things tip-related since I just saw the episode on Discovery plus, but Marshals confirm surveillance footage of Brian's brother driving him into Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.
Ontiveros also has a new neck tattoo (in addition to other tattoos) that says "Money over Bitches" (not going to spoil anything, but this previews what a piece of crap he allegedly is). I think that's going to be pretty impossible to hide and I'm glad he was dumb enough to get such a distinctive tattoo despite being on the run- so I feel he's a pretty catchable fugitive- let's hope.

Now that the west coast airing has finished I can finally say what a piece of sh** this guy is- throwing bricks at Marissa's car and then having the nerve to stay on social media and ask her mother if they can share custody of Marissa's child with his mother- AFTER he had just allegedly shot her five times.
Also besides the "Money over Bitches" tattoo, he also has a new tattoo on his face (just above his left eyebrow) he has his mother's name, "Betty" near his eye. He also has the Thrasher tattoo on his calf. He's into skateboarding.
In my opinion, this is a very catchable fugitive. And he needs to be caught as well.

Any information on his trial or plea I'm glad he's caught but disappointed he won't face the death penalty for the brutal murder of a young mother he claimed to love but at least he'll be in prison for the rest of his life in prison

He has been found guilty of murder and Will be sentenced at a later date according to kabb or just type in brian Ontiveros

According to ksat12 I'm going to use John Walsh quote because it's apt this weasel will spend the rest of his life behind bars what a fitting ebd for him even in cases we cover this one stuck out like a sore thumb he is a vile shallow individual
