From wgxa.tv:
UPSON COUNTY, Ga. -- Thomaston police say three of its officers were injured Wednesday attempting apprehend a known fugitive who's wanted for multiple felonies
According to the Thomaston Police Department, officers got a tip that the suspect, Terrell King, was in the area driving a gold Cadillac Escalade.
King has been on the run for over a year and is wanted for multiple felony charges in numerous jurisdictions, according to police, who add that his charges include weapons offenses and an aggravated assault charge against a Pike County officer.
At about 4 p.m. Wednesday, a Thomaston Police Department detective saw King in the Triune Village area. King drove off and a pursuit started.
TPD says that due to the nature of King's warrants, his "violent history," and the way he drove to elude the police, a Thomaston officer rammed his vehicle into King's to end the chase.
When King's SUV stopped, King climbed out of his passenger side window and stole a vehicle nearby. Two detectives tried to stop King from stealing the vehicle, but King drove off, striking one of them and knocking him to the ground.
TPD says King got away and was last seen on Waymanville Rd. driving a late-model silver-colored Nissan Pathfinder. He's considered armed and dangerous and shouldn't be approached.
Anyone who sees King is asked to call 911 right away.
The three officers involved in this incident have been treated and released from Upson Regional Hospital with only minor injuries.

Thoughts? Based on local media and the Thomaston (Georgia) P.D. Facebook postings, King was still at large at least as of February 12th, 2020. I put 2019 with a question mark/2020 as the wanted/warrant year as they only state King was on the run for over a year which could mean 2018 or 2019. All that is definitely known from articles is the incident with the officers that allegedly involved King happened this week in 2020.
