Wanted on Canada-wide warrant for attempted murder, first degree murder.
Andre Fernando Riquelme was involved in a fight that broke out in the west end of Toronto, resulting in three individuals being shot, one of whom did not survive. Riquelme is wanted for First Degree Murder and two counts of Attempted Murder in relation to this event.
Working in conjunction with Toronto Police Service.

Thoughts? Riquelme is my Canadian fugitive of the month for the month of February 2020. As of this posting date (2/1/2020), Riquleme as still on the RCMP website as one of their most wanted fugitives (see link above). Additionally, as of the aforementioned posting date, Riquelme is still listed on the Toronto Police Department website as well. Unfortunately they don't give the victim's name and/or additional details as to what Toronto authorities believe lead to the shooting, only that the incident Riquelme is accused in happened on November 14th, 2005: www.torontopolice.on.ca/homicide/wanted/68/2005/RIQUELME
