According to Newspapers.com archives, Jorge is wanted for allegedly shooting two men at a Sacramento, California bar. The incident occurred on July 27, 1990.
Jaime Mosqueda was shot twice and killed. A bartender was shot in the stomach but survived after undergoing surgery.
Jorge has been wanted ever since.

Thoughts? As of today, January 31, 2020, Jorge is still listed as a fugitive on the Sacramento County Sheriff's Most Wanted website. He's been there for awhile but Newspapers.com only got an article from 1990 mentioning his case today.
With Jorge being 51-years of age today, he is most likely still alive. He can still be located in my opinion if publicity on his manhunt reaches the right person.
