Thoughts? As of this posting date (January 26th, 2020), Bywater still shows as having a warrant in Yapavai County's online public search: apps.yavapai.us/warrantsearch/WarrantDetails.aspx?id=120911
Bywater was profiled earlier this month as part of Yapavai Silent Witness's "Catch-22" program where they profile 22 fugitives in 22 days. For the next day or days, I won't be profiling all 22 fugitives, but I will be profiling the ones still not caught and/or I find the most serious and/or interesting that are confirmed (as of posting date) in warrants search.
