According to Newslibrary archives, Francisco Penaloza is wanted for allegedly shooting 40-year old Justo Jaimes-Gonzalez to death. The murder occurred at a gas station in the town of Frostproof, Florida on June 21, 1998. Justo's death is believed to have been a result of an argument.
Based on investigating authorities, it is advised to contact the reporting agency (according to the FDLE) at 863-298-6268 if you have any information on Francisco Penaloza's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As of today, January 20, 2020, Francisco Penaloza is confirmed to still be a fugitive based on his listed warrants in the FDLE and Polk County databases. I will post the links to those databases below so we can keep track of his warrant.
