Authorities in Brimfield, Ohio are searching for the killer of convenience store clerk Brian Foguth. The case was featured on Unsolved Mysteries but I doubt it was ever aired on AMW.
On the night of November 28, 1994, Brian was a last minute replacement for a shift. At 2:02 AM, a masked man enters the store and forces Brian to empty the cash register at gunpoint, during that time, Brian pulled the silent alarm. Right after that, a customer pulled up to the gas pump, activating a beeper inside the office. Authorities think the robber assumed that was an alarm and forced Brian into the back room. As the customer was right outside of the store, the robber shot Brian to death. The robber then fled and police, responding to the silent alarm, found the body of Brian Foguth.
Authorities believe the killer was a white male, 18-30 years old, 5'9, and had a hump on his back, which could be a physical characteristic or even a ponytail.

Thoughts? Brian's sister posted on the Unsolved Mysteries sitcom forums a couple of years ago saying that no arrest was ever made in this case. Sadly since the robber was masked, then unless he confesses or authorities can ever match the bullet to the gun, it's unlikely that he'll ever be identified.
