The FBI's Newark Field Office is assisting the Franklin Township Police Department and the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office in New Jersey with their search for Luther Waters III. He is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of another man in Somerset, New Jersey, on December 31, 2019. The victim was shot and killed.
On January 6, 2020, Luther Waters III was charged with murder by the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office, State of New Jersey, and a state warrant was issued for his arrest.
According to NJ1015.com, the victim was 19-year old Samaad Frazier, who was shot to death in a vehicle. Four alleged suspects have already been arrested, including two 16-year old juveniles mentioned only by their initials.

Thoughts? As of today, January 9, 2020, Luther Waters III is confirmed to still be at large since he was just added to the Law Enforcement Assistance section of the FBI website. I appreciate that local New Jersey authorities are using all resources to try to end this manhunt very quickly.
I also appreciate that the first fugitive added to the FBI's website in 2020 is an alleged murder suspect and not a drug trafficker or international cyber criminal as well.
