From southeastsun.com:
A Daleville man has been arrested and another is being sought in connection with the two shooting deaths in Ozark Jan. 3.
Xavier R. Newsome, 24, was arrested Jan. 4 at his Daleville home and is charged with two counts of capital murder during a robbery, two counts of capital murder of two or more persons and two counts of capital murder while the victim is in a vehicle.
Natavious Jamal Antwan Vaughn, 23, also of Daleville, is still at large and considered armed and dangerous, according to Ozark Police Chief Marlos Walker. “If anyone knows of his whereabouts, they are urged to contact their local law enforcement agency. Do not approach him due to your own personal safety.”
Walker said that two men found unresponsive were pronounced dead at the scene on Country Road 123 in Ozark after the Ozark-Dale County E911 received a call at about 5:30 a.m. Jan.3.
“Law enforcement investigators have collected multiple pieces of evidence that will help determine a motive and a possible suspect,” Walker said Jan. 6. “Although it is very early in the investigation, enforcement believes the evidence dictates foul play was present during this event.”
Walker said both men suffered gunshot wounds and both have been sent to the Department of Forensic Sciences to officially determine the cause of death.
Dead in the incident are Kristhian Canales, 49, of Kissimmee, Fla., and Anthony L. Rodriquez, 30, Lakeland, Florida.
The Ozark Police Department is being assisted by the Dale County Sheriff’s Office, the State Bureau of Investigation, the United States Marshal Service, the Department of Corrections, the Dothan Police Department and the Daleville Police Department.

Thoughts? Based on local news reports, Vaughn was still at large at least as of January 6th, 2020. There aren't the most details right now, but considering Vaughn is wanted for a double homicide, I still felt the case was important enough to post as breaking news.
