Thoughts? As of this posting date (January 7th, 2019), Hawkins is still listed as a wanted fugitive on WKYC Cleveland's Fugitive of the Week most wanted listings: www.wkyc.com/mobile/article/news/crime/fugitive/fugitive-of-the-week-most-wanted-list/95-19322127
Larry Manno was 74 years old and in the hospital for a month before he passed away according to other online articles and local news segments. Hawkins is an alleged murderer accused of beating a senior citizen to death, which in my opinion makes him extremely dangerous. Justice for Larry Manno is important, but the seriousness of the alleged crime should be stressed here before Hawkins allegedly harms anyone else.
