"Osbourne Smith, 39, is wanted on assault and weapons charges. Troopers said he vanished after a Clinton County jury convicted him in January of the felonies for beating and stabbing a man in early 2018. Troopers said two other people were involved in the attack which left the victim with five stab wounds. Troopers also said the man was hit with a bottle. It was unclear if the other people face charges.
Smith has ties to the Bronx and upstate New York, troopers said."

Thoughts? I am placing Smith in the Fugitives on TV section since he was profiled on last night's episode of "Live PD: Wanted" on A&E so we know he was still at large at least as of last night's airing date (12/26/2019).
