From the Daily Freeman (dailyfreeman.com):
TOWN OF WALLKILL, N.Y. — Police are seeking a town resident in connection with last month's fatal early-morning shooting outside a sports bar.
Jamaad Murphy, 26, is wanted on charges stemming from the Nov. 3 shooting death of Matthew Napoleoni, 23, of Middletown, at approximately 2:15 a.m. outside the Puerto Rico Latin Cusine and Sports Bar, 505 Schutt Road, according to authorities.
Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler said Wednesday that Murphy is “armed and dangerous.” The gun used in the homicide, believed to be a black .40-caliber semi-automatic pistol, has not been located, police said.
Police believe Murphy is in the Middletown-Wallkill area.

On Wednesday, a grand jury indicted Murphy on charges of murder, manslaughter, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
Hoovler is asking for the public’s assistance in the case. Anyone who knows Murphy’s whereabouts or anything about the crime is asked to call the State Police at (845) 344-5300. They may also contact New York State Crime Stoppers at (866) 313-TIPS. That agency is offering up to a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Murphy.
Murphy was acquitted last February in another killing, the shooting death of a 16-year-old boy outside his Lake Street Apartments home in Newburgh in May 2015.

Thoughts? I feel it is reasonably safe to assume Murphy is still at large at least as of this posting date (December 23rd, 2019), since the above article is from only a few days and this is a relatively high-profile manhunt considering he was once accused in the murder of a 16-year-old boy.
It should be stressed "not guilty" does not necessarily mean a jury thought the defendant was truly an innocent man, but rather sometimes it is simply they felt the prosecution did not prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. I don't know the jury's reasons or if they truly thought Murphy was innocent or had no choice but to acquit based on the evidence, but wanted to stress the importance here since although coincidences happen, this is the second person Murphy has possibly allegedly killed. He is innocent until proven guilty just like his previous case, but I will add my personal opinion that going on the run isn't exactly helping his cause.
