From delawareonline.com:
A man wanted by New Castle County police in connection with the Dec. 12 murder of a 42-year-old ride share driver should be considered "armed and dangerous," police said.
Michael Toombs, 23, of Chester, Pennsylvania, is wanted for first-degree murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony for the shooting death of 42-year-old Roger Williams.
Williams, a Newark resident who worked for both Uber and Lyft, had been dispatched through Lyft at the time of his death, police said. Police have not determined whether Toombs was a passenger when the shooting occurred.
According to initial reports, officers responded to Dorjul Apartments on Lancaster Pike at about 10 p.m. after receiving reports of a shooting.
There, they found Williams dead.
Detectives later identified Toombs as the suspect. They have since issued warrants for his arrest.
Though police don't think the murder is related to any other incidents in the area, Toombs should be considered "armed and dangerous," police said.
“We offer our condolences to the family as this was a heinous act that took the life of an innocent person," New Castle County Police Chief Col. Vaughn Bond Jr. said.
“Detectives and officers have worked side by side with members of the community to identify Michael Toombs as the suspect in this investigation," Bond continued. "We continue to ask anyone who might know the whereabouts of Michael Toombs to contact us.”
Lyft spokeswoman Dana Davis said the ride share company is "deeply saddened by this tragic incident."
"Our hearts are with Roger’s family and friends during this difficult time," Davis said. "We take all matters involving safety extremely seriously, and are in touch with law enforcement to assist in the investigation."

Thoughts? Based on local news articles, Toombs was still at large at least as of this posting date (December 19th, 2019).
I am posting this case by request, so Roger Williams was obviously a very beloved person that deserves justice. There is never a good time to lose a loved one, but it is especially tragic when it happens during the holidays.
Hopefully this site can help a little in getting some publicity on the manhunt.
