Not that there's ever a good reason for non self-defense killing, but I really hope if Brown is ever captured it turned out it was another reason other than something as petty as thinking they were gay. Any other reason (such as an argument) would also be unreasonable and ridiculous too likely, but at least it wouldn't be that. This is a stupidest motives hall-of-fame crime.

US Marshals believe Brown may have used the gay social networking app Grindr to lure his victims. According to the Fox Seattle station, Brown underwent jihadist training in California in April and they believe the Ahmed and Dwone were attacked simply because their sexual orientation offended what police say are Brown’s radical Muslim beliefs. This is very scary, and I'm tired of people using religion to justify violence and hatred. All religions I believe are well-meaning in theory. But then you have guys like Brown and AMW fugitive Yaser Said who allegedly use it as an excuse to justify cold-blooded murder. The communities Brown is in, especially gay communities are at risk while Brown is still out there so I implore anyone with any information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS. I'd like to thank HeadMarshal for initially finding out about this case and posting it here. Just a minor correction: I differentiate between Muslim (the more peaceful type) and Islamist (the bloodthirsty fundamentalists). In fact, I'd consider Muslims mutually exclusive with Islamists. Regular Muslims (who I'd estimate outnumber Islamists about 5000 to 1) want nothing to do with Islamists like Muhammed-Brown. Islamists may want to help his flight from justice, but Muslims want him caught before he causes them any more embarrassment. For the benefit of Muslims across the world, any capture of an Islamist criminal is a good thing. Yet another reason to want this case solved ASAP!

Not sure about the exact technical lingo there, I'll take your word for it, but there are extremists in every religion that make a bad example for their people. I'm sure there are plenty of Muslims that would want Brown caught very badly upon learning this story, especially considering them and homosexuals can likely relate to each other when it comes to being discriminated against in society.

I completely agree that most Muslims do not want fugitives like Ali Muhammed Brown and Yaser Said to stereotype their religion any further.
My biggest concern is that Brown did not suddenly encounter his two victims, he lured them with the presumed intent to commit murder. Therefore he's even more dangerous than the average fugitive wanted for murder and he may try to strike again.
You're welcome Scumhunter, I do this research to educate the viewers of this forum about cases that really need major attention.

A co-defendant in a bank fraud case Ali was committed in has since fled to Somalia to fight with the infamous terrorist group Al-Shabaab. My issue with Ali Brown's method of thinking is the same problem with Yaser Said. All they're doing is re-enforcing negative stereotypes about Muslims which do not reflect the values of the majority of the faith.

You know what Brown is? A serial killer. He killed the men in Washington and then the young men in New Jersey and wasn't going to stop with his killing spree until he was caught. He doesn't deserve to walk the face of the Earth.
