Browning vs Dickinson ended in a draw, so I had to flip a coin, taking best two out of three. It landed on Tails twice and Heads once, so Dickinson advances to the Finals. Whoever wins this match-up will be our pick for best capture of the 4th Century of Captures besides Dennis James Skillicorn and Christopher Cornelius Goins! Patrick and Darlene Dickinson, #384/#385, Nvb 9, 1995 A former Kissimmee, Florida police explorer manager disgraced in Osceola County, Florida's biggest child rape conspiracy ever. Patrick and Darlene collaborated in a scheme to rape upwards of 50 underage boys in the Police Explorer program. They jumped bail in September 1994. They were busted in Buffalo, New York, under a fake surname with their 3 daughters. vs Bartolome Moya, #336, Oct 18, 1994 A New York City drug ring leader. His underlings carried out 12 murders, along with many bomb blasts and kidnappings. For whatever reason, this crime lord was given a heart transplant, then he escaped house arrest in July 1994. He fled to the Dominican Republic, and got ahold of black market prescriptions, and was in better health by the time AMW busted him there. My vote goes to the heart-transplanted overseer of 12 murders Bartolome Moya! I vote for Bartolome Moya for the finals

Now changing my vote to the Dickinsons so it isn't a shut out. Even if they get one more vote, Moya still wins so it's ok.

Lloyd Earl Grass (#441)
Why do you replace Lloyd Earl Grass and put Curtis Alan Hemphill to the bracket list, He was named John Walsh's Public Enemy #1 for Attempted murder on 2 counts on his ex-wife and her boyfriend who really a police officer, AMW's Viewers took Hemphill down as he got a job as a exotic dancer.

Many of you on the east coast are already past midnight, and I have a busy day ahead of me tomorrow, so I wanted to start the 5th century face-off while it was still after dinner on Saturday night where I live.
Aaron Edward Borrero and Elizabeth Hernandez, #463/#464, May 16, 1997 Two suspects in unrelated failed-attempted murders who joined forces to go on the run. Borrero was originally sought for abducting and hogtying a man, then throwing him into the Yakima River after a drug deal fell through. His victim survived by grabbing onto a tree branch sticking out of the river bank. Elizabeth was sought for luring, shooting, and wounding her ex-husband under a Seattle highway overpass in March 1997, then abducting her young son. They were busted in an abandoned house in the town of Visala in Tulare County, California. Hernandez was pregnant, but her older son was recovered safely.
vs
David Matthew Fitzpatrick, #431, Spt 10, 1996 The Unknown New Mexico Motel Tape Child Rapist. A former stand-up comic. In 1992, he drugged and sexually videotaped 2 preteen girls. After the then-unknown rapist checked out of a motel, he accidentally left the videotape behind, and a motel clerk found it, thus opening an unsolved case. About 4 years later, an AMW viewer identified Fitzpatrick as the suspect. A time share office he worked at in Mexico sacked him, so he fled to Puerto Vallarta, where he was apprehended.
and
Leslie Isben Rogge, #423, May 18, 1996 A serial bank robber, fraudster, and stolen property smuggler whose crime wave started in 1978. After one of his earlier arrests, he bribed a corrections officer to let him escape. After that, he started another series of bank robberies. In circa 1991, he was added to the FBI's Ten Most Wanted. By the spring of 1996, he was living in Guatemala. A teenager went to the FBI's website, sent a tip to amw.com, and as the FBI was expecting him to show up, he surrendered in an embassy. It was the first time the internet brought down an FBI Ten Most Wanted fugitive.
vs
Kenneth D'Cunha, #474, Jnr 28, 1997 A disgraced orthodontist. He was expelled from the orthodontics trade for his role in a huge child pornography network. Some of his worst crimes are drugging at least 3 young boys with narcotics and sodomizing them. At the end of January 1997, he was arrested in New Zealand. Thanks to information supplied by an AMW viewer, they secured an extradition warrant and flew him back to New York to face justice over 5 months later.
My votes will be edited in momentarily once I have a minute to read these descriptions over.
Update: First, I'll vote for David Matthew Fitzpatrick. Besides the fact that he raped children, it was an Unknown case solved down in Mexico, and the perp was identified as a former stand-up comic. There's nothing funny about his true nature. Second, D'Cunha was a higher-up in a massive child pornography network, and assuming HeadMarshal was right about rapists who target male victims hurting more victims before they're caught, those 3 boys D'Cunha raped single-handedly must be far from his only victims. And like capture #229, he was caught on another continent, and a tipster led to an extradition warrant being secured.

Funny story about Fitzpatrick. He was one of my first captures as an AMW viewer! I remember John Walsh saying something along the lines of "nothing funny about this pervert." So I vote for him not just for his crimes but for nostalgia purposes. Second vote is for D'Cunha.

My first vote is for Fitzpatrick for already stated reasons.
My second vote is for Rogge, due to him being the first top tenner caught thanks to the Internet

Fitzpatrick defeats Borrero and Hernandez 0 to 5, and D'Cunha defeats Isben-Rogge 1 to 4
Asa King, #440, Dcb 18, 1996 In 1977, he was only 17 years old when he killed a man in New Jersey. In October 1995, he escaped from prison. In September 1996, he joined forces with his 16 year old cousin to rob a bank, then went on the run for the last time, vowing never to be taken alive. After his airing, AMW tipsters chased him out of Atlanta, but another tipster busted him outside a store in Detroit, Michigan. He went down spitting at the camera crew.
vs
Donald Brouillette, #457, Apl 7, 1997 A serial stalker, arsonist, and police impersonator. In February 1996, he broke into the backyard of his ex-girlfriend's home in Louisiana, then shot and killed her brother. He was busted staying in Houston, Texas' Midtown Lodge, sunbathing.
and
Alan Ray "Big Red" Crook, #444, Dcb 26, 1996 A 17 year old gang banger. In February 1992, his gang associates shot up a slumber party in San Antonio, Texas, killing 1 teenage girl and wounding 7 other people. He was sought for driving the getaway vehicle. He may have never left San Antonio, and surrendered there when he found out he was scheduled for an airing. He got 35 years for his role in the shooting.
vs
Eugene Ross, #458, Apl 9, 1997 A gang alpha. In December 1994, he led several of his underlings to bind, torture, and execute a man. Many hardened police officers described the scene as particularly shocking: The victim had been beaten, stabbed, and torched, and a thumbnail had broken off. In September 1996, he escaped from a prison in Illinois. He was busted walking the streets of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
I'll vote for Asa King because he was only a teenager when he killed a man, then escaped and joined forces with his cousin, by then a teenager, to commit more crimes. Second, I'll vote for Alan Ray Crook because the shooting for which he drove the getaway vehicle had 8 casualties, and the mortal victim was a teenage girl. Although Eugene Ross was pretty bad for the disgusting crime scene and his prison escape, but Crook had the higher toll. And Crook got more than 1/3 century in prison just for driving the getaway, when he wasn't even 18 when the shooting took place!

First vote is Asa King for reasons already stated. Second vote is Ross because according to the Illinois DOC website he received life in prison while Crook got 35 years. Although I still love the irony of a guy with the last name of Crook making it on AMW! (And ironically we had a Curtisha Crook as an exclusive fugitive): www2.illinois.gov/idoc/Offender/Pages/InmateSearch.aspx

First vote is for Asa King for reasons already stated.
Second vote is for "Big Red" Crook. Even though he only got 35 years, it does make some sense since he was only 17 at the time. As 912th said, he did serve as a key player in a shooting that left 8 people victimized.
