(Above photo credit: mass.gov) From telegram.com (Worcester, Massachusetts): WORCESTER - A suspect in a shooting earlier this year on Ward Street has been added to the state police Most Wanted fugitives list. According to state police, Jesse G. Ouellet, 37, is wanted for two counts of armed assault with intent to murder, as well as firearms offenses. The charges stem from evidence that Ouellet allegedly shot a man in the stomach April 16 outside S&A Market convenience store on Ward Street. A bystander walking on the street was also struck by a stray bullet. Both victims survived, state police said. In 2015 Ouellet was charged in an armed home invasion in Worcester. State police described Ouellet as white, around 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has many tattoos, including on both arms and his shoulders, stomach and legs. He should be considered armed and dangerous. www.telegram.com/news/20191121/worcester-shooting-suspect-added-to-state-police-most-wanted-listThoughts?
