Ysai Osorio Silva is wanted for a double homicide in Reedsport, Oregon. I don't know if he ever got an AMW profile around 1996-1998.
On Dec 23, 1995, shortly after 1AM, 34-year old James Scott Dawes and 31-year old Desiree Renee House were shot to death inside an apartment. Silva was a resident of the apartment who fled minutes after the murders. Silva was also a known meth dealer and Dawes had been previously convicted for drug offenses, however at time, authorities were unsure if drugs were the motive for the murders. A family member said House had never been in trouble with drugs to the best of their knowledge. An investigation led to Silva being charged with both murders. Authorities say Silva took two flights and ended up in San Diego, then took a car across the border into Mexico. He also goes by "Psycho" and "Caballo".
Thoughts? Silva was born in Acapulco, Mexico so I wouldn't be surprised if he fled to that city and is still in that area today. I feel he's probably still involved in drugs. Sadly, Desiree may have been someone who James Dawes just picked up and as a result was also murdered along with James.
