According to the Texas Rangers, Marcos Zavala was last seen at a Willis, Texas bar on August 31, 1998 with the three suspects listed above. That was the last time anyone saw Marcos Zavala.
Soon afterwards, a pickup truck owned by the Pacheco's was found abandoned in Conroe, Texas. Pooled blood inside was later confirmed to belong to Marcos Zavala. Marcos is presumed murdered even though his remains have never been located.
Guadalupe and his two adult sons, Juan and Jose are believed to have returned to Mexico after Marcos's murder. They are considered the prime alleged suspects in the case.
Based on investigating agencies, it is advised to contact Texas Crime Stoppers at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477) if you have any information on this case, or the whereabouts of any of three Pacheco family members.

Thoughts? As of today, November 9, 2019, this is still listed as an unsolved case on the Texas Rangers Unsolved Homicide page, with Guadalupe, Juan and Jose Pacheco still listed as suspects that have not been located. I am not 100% certain if actual warrants have been issued for them, as the Montgomery County Court Records didn't have anything listed for them. Nevertheless, they really need to be interviewed by investigators based on Marcos's blood being found in their truck.
