Thoughts? The above wanted poster and information on this case is from a Twitter posting from the NCIS from 2016, but as of this posting date (11/8/2019), Praefke is still listed as one of the NCIS's Most Wanted fugitives. www.ncis.navy.mil/Pages/HaveYouSeenUs.aspx
I normally wouldn't be so lazy as to tell users to Google the case but if you do Google Praefke you will find more links from 2005. I purposely didn't include the links since there seemed to be some controversy over inaccuracies and/or alleged crimes Praefke was not convicted of mentioned by the NCIS in his wanted information back then, so I only wanted to include the matter-of-fact wanted poster which I'm assuming is more formal and accurate (although ultimately all fugitives are entitled trials despite allegedly going on the run and all alleged facts can be challenged at trial) since it is from a decade later for this specific posting.
