Thoughts? The above wanted poster and information on this case is from a Twitter posting from the NCIS from 2016, but as of this posting date (11/8/2019), Mejia is still listed as one of the NCIS's Most Wanted fugitives. www.ncis.navy.mil/Pages/HaveYouSeenUs.aspx
