Cortorreal escaped from the custody of the Massachusetts DOC on October 1, 1993. At the time of his escape, he was serving a 5-10 year state prison term for trafficking in cocaine. Cortorreal is described as a Hispanic male, 5'8" tall, 190 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. His date of birth is August 30, 1959. His last known address was in Worcester, Massachusetts and he has contacts in the New York City area.
