Rodriguez escaped from the custody of the Massachusetts DOC in 1989. At the time of his escape, he was serving a 6-10 year state prison term for distribution of cocaine. Rodriguez is described as a Hispanic male, 5 ft. 11 in. tall, 180 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. His date of birth is July 25, 1950. His last known address was in Worcester, Massachusetts. He has ties to Rhode Island and New York and may seek employment as a construction worker, mechanic or boxer.
