I read that infamous Australian serial killer Ivan Milat died tomorrow (which in Australia it's already Sunday).
Is there an thread in this forum for Global Bad Guys, whether they're serial killers or not?

We don't have a thread per se. Not to sound ethnocentric but since most of our readers are Americans (although we get readers from all over), we tend to concentrate on American fugitives, as even though we're a discussion site, we want to help solve the cases in some way, and generally have a better chance if we focus on local (American) cases. There are some exceptions if a case seems interesting/tragic enough and have sometimes done threads not on foreign bad guys in general but on individual foreign bad guys if we find a case interesting enough. For example, we have a thread on Stuart Pearce, who is considered like an Australian equivalent to Robert Fisher: amwfans.com/thread/8639/stuart-pearce-australia-1991

P.S. We have a few other individual foreign cases my mind is blanking on but he's someone I remember off the top of my head, usually the foreign cases are terror-related though.

Even though these global dirt bags aren't serial killers, are any of these 2 the one that you're thinking about Scumhunter? 1. Ahmet Gashi 2. Marijan Rroku

Well no but Gashi I count as an American fugitive since he is wanted in the states.
Fugitives aired on AMW but wanted elsewhere such as Samantha Lewthwaite we also have threads for.
We would have had a thread for Marjan Rroku had he not thankfully been captured.
