From turnto10.com (2013 article):
SCITUATE, R.I. — NBC 10 News is working with Rhode Island and Massachusetts state police to profile Southern New England's most wanted fugitives.
Jonathan Espinal is accused of being the triggerman in a double shooting in Providence on March 18, 2011.
This suspect on Rhode Island's Most Wanted list is on the run after jumping bail.
"Jonathan Espinal is age 22. He's a Hispanic male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 125 pounds, brown eyes and brown hair. He has the word 'warrior' tattooed on his left arm," said Lt. Todd Neill of the Rhode Island State Police.
Espinal, from Providence, is believed to be a gang member. He skipped a court date after being charged in the shooting and has been in hiding since.
Police said Espinal and an accomplice rolled up to the Institute for the Study and Practice of Nonviolence on Oxford Street and that Espinal opened fire on two people who were sitting in a car.
"Providence police believe it was an ongoing feud," Neill said.
The victims survived.
Two days later, Espinal turned himself in. Police said he admitted being the shooter.
Espinal was brought to court on the charges, but posted $15,000 in cash to make bail the next day. Then he disappeared.
"I would definitely consider him armed. He's a dangerous character," Neill said.
The investigators at the Violent Fugitive Task Force now trying to track him down think he may have fled to the Dominican Republic at some point.
"There is information received by Providence detectives from confidential sources that puts him in Providence within the past six months. People have come forward saying they've see him in and around the area," Neill said.
The man accused of being Espinal's accomplice is locked up at the ACI. Task force members would like Espinal to join him.

Thoughts? My sleuthing tells me there may be one additional clue as based on the ironic location of the shooting, Espinal might be an Alanis Morissette fan.
In all seriousness, thankfully no one was killed, but this is still a dangerous fugitive that allegedly shot at two people and as of this posting date (10/15/2019), despite the above article being from 2013, he is still listed as one of the Rhode Island State Police's Most Wanted fugitives: risp.ri.gov/mostwanted/index.php
Oddly, the Dominican Republic lead isn't mentioned on the listing and it says Espinal's charge is felony assault with a firearm and not attempted murder but regardless he needs to be caught for his alleged reckless actions, whether he be hiding in New York, Mexico, the DR, or anywhere else.
