According to Newspapers.com archives, Jose Luis Mora and Joseph Tomasino II were at the same Winslow, New Jersey tavern on July 20, 1994. Authorities say an argument started between the two men which led to Jose Mora allegedly stabbing Joseph Tomasino II to death.
Jose Mora immediately fled after Joseph's murder. He's a Mexican migrant worker who had previously worked in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North and South Carolina.

As of today, October 1, 2019, Jose Luis Mora is pretty much confirmed to still be at large since Joseph Tomasino II was just added to Project: Cold Case's "Faces of Unsolved Homicides" memorial wall yesterday. The non-profit organization counts fugitive cases as "unsolved homicides" as shown by Michael Sanchez out of New Mexico being on the wall as well.
The Camden County Sheriff's Department did at one point have a Most Wanted page for Jose Luis Mora and other cold case murder suspects up until 2009. Thankfully, Project: Cold Case is willing to advocate and publicize Joseph's unsolved murder online for his relatives.
