The FBI is seeking the identity of the man depicted in the above sketch for several attacks against women in a 10-month period.
In August 1994, the man sexually assaulted a woman outside of a residence in Baltimore City. He resurfaced ten months later in Howard County when on Apr 5, 1995, he sexually assaulted a woman in the parking lot of her apartment complex. Two days later, he struck again when he attacked two other Howard County women in an approximately 70-minute period.
DNA linked the first two crimes together, and the latter two offenses are very similar so the same person is probably responsible. All of the victims were white and all of them were attacked at approximately 3AM, except for the last victim who was attacked at 4:10AM.
The offender is a black male who at the time of the offenses was 20-22 years of age, 6ft tall and weighing approximately 180-200 lbs. He had black hair and brown eyes and had high cheek bones, sunken eyes and crooked teeth.

Thoughts? This is a case I found while browsing the FBI VICAP section of the Featured Cases website. The question is, whatever happened to him after April 1995? Did he move out of the state, stop committing sexual assaults (rather unlikely) or has he since died. If he was arrested for a serious felony after his known crime spree, his DNA profile should be in the US National database (although, admittedly, the system cannot be 100% perfect). Regardless, he needs to be identified so his victims can have some closure.
