TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — The Tulsa Police Department is looking for a woman in connection to the kidnapping, rape, and torture of another woman in east Tulsa.
According to court documents, the incident happened when the victim went to Laura Palmer's apartment near 21st and Memorial on Sept. 7.
According to police, Palmer is a convicted felon who uses other aliases, including Laura Kosechata and Laura Moffitt, but court documents refer to her as Laura Palmer.
The victim told police that Palmer accused her of stealing $180 and then instructed two men inside the apartment to rape her.
According to the victim, Palmer also raped, punched, and cut her and then poured acid on the open cut wound. The victim said she was held at gunpoint for two days.
She was finally able to escape the apartment on Sept. 9 and call the police for help.
The victim told police she didn't take Palmer's money.
Police served a search warrant on the suspect's apartment where they say they found the gun and power drill suspected in the torture.

Thoughts? I am placing this horrific alleged case in the Fugitives on TV section since Palmer was profiled on last night's wanted segment of A&E's "Live PD". Also, although I know Live PD will also keep track, just to have another official source, as of this posting date (9/28/2019), Palmer is still listed as having a warrant when searching Tulsa County's online warrants search: warrants.tcso.org/
