Johnny Rodriguez was serving a prison term for manslaughter, starting in 1985 when he started a pen-pal relationship with a woman outside the prison. The issue was that the woman was also dating 19-year old Clifford Sandoval.
After Johnny was released from jail, authorities say he went to confront Clifford in the town of Greeley. On July 27, 1990, Johnny and Clifford got into a dispute and Johnny allegedly beat Clifford to death with a steel bar.
Since then, Johnny Rodriguez's whereabouts are unknown.

Thoughts? As of today, September 27, 2019, Johnny Rodriguez's warrant is still listed in Weld County's directory of fugitive murder warrants. Thankfully, some of the fugitive photo images from Weld County's 2003 version of their website still works, I just had to load them up on my phone to access it.
I do want to stress that Johnny had already served a prison term for a previous manslaughter case when he allegedly killed Clifford Sandoval. This is a really dangerous convicted killer whom I'm more than glad to be giving his fugitive case publicity once again.
