Age (at time of disappearance): 63 years old
Height and Weight: 5'6, 170 pounds
Clothing/Jewelry Description: A black letterman jacket with the words "Swift" on the back in white lettering, a black shirt with the name "Rollins" on it, black pants and brown boots.
Medical Conditions: Rollins was showing signs of dementia at the time of his disappearance. He had suffered a stroke in 2013.
Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian male. Gray hair, blue eyes. Rollins had a beard and mustache at the time of his disappearance.

Details of Disappearance
Rollins was last seen in Cedar City, Utah on March 27, 2018. He left home near 600 West and 1300 North for a long walk at 4:00 p.m. and never returned. He has been known to hike in the hills east of Cedar City and was reported missing once before and found trying to walk over fifty miles to St. George, Utah.
Rollins didn't have his wallet or cellular phone at the time of his disappearance, and extensive searches have turned up no indication of his whereabouts. His case remains unsolved.
