Details of Disappearance
Thomas left Madison, Wisconsin shortly after her baby was born in February 2018. She was reportedly in the company of a man named Jesse or Jessie. The last sign of her was when she was arrested for trespassing in Chicago, Illinois on March 23, 2018. After her release from jail, she was never heard from again. Few details are available in her case.
Madison police are investigating Thomas's disappearance.

Thoughts? I put Wisconsin and Illinois as the missing states in the thread title since the Charley Project says Lakisha was last seen in Chicago, Illinois but it is Madison, Wisconsin police who are investigating her disappearance.
