Thoughts? As of today, September 24, 2019, Amado Rosales is still listed as a wanted fugitive on the Ocean County Most Wanted page. Unlike a lot of New Jersey Police Departments, Ocean County thankfully keeps an up-to-date most wanted page. Despite the passage of time, Amado is most likely still alive in his mid 40s. He may still be in Mexico but occasionally fugitives do return to the United States thinking no one is publicizing their manhunts any longer. www.co.ocean.nj.us/OCsheriff/MostWantedDetail.aspx?ID=877

Nice to see an updated wanted page considering how difficult New Jersey is in finding out info about fugitive cases. Shame this case was never publicized on AMW, I don't think Rosales would have been too hard to locate 10 years ago but now he may look different due to passage of time- perhaps age-enhanced sketch may help.

PACER records show an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) warrant was issued for Amado in December of 1998. There were no updates but PACER oddly shows the case was closed the same day was issued. This is the second time I've seen that for an UFAP case in PACER where it's closed the same day so I wonder if that's an entry error.
