Martin Altamirano is wanted for the DUI manslaughter death of a British immigrant. He was aired four times on AMW from 2001 to 2005.
On Jul 1, 2000, Altamirano was driving while intoxicated on the streets of Suffolk County, New York when he got into a minor vehicle accident. He fled from that scene and was driving at around 100mph when he crashed into another car driven by 38-year old Goretta Doyle with one of her two daughters inside. Goretta died at the scene while her eight-year old daughter Amy and Altamirano were both taken to a hospital where they survived. Altamirano was charged but his boss posted his bail and he fled.

Thoughts? What I was always curious about regarding this case is why Altamirano's boss bailed him out (that was mentioned in his APB airing but not on his amw.com profile). The first provided link which included his amw.com profile, also mentioned that at the time of the fatal crash, Altamirano was driving a company vehicle and his employer feared lawsuits.
The ironic part about this case was that the victim, Goretta Doyle was a British immigrant who had became an US citizen while Altamirano was an unlicensed, illegal immigrant from Mexico. Mexico is probably where Altamirano is hiding out currently.

Update from site admin: As far as I can tell, Altimirano is still at large as of this update (7/19/2018), since I haven't found anything to suggest otherwise. My advice would be to double check if you have the ability but still call Suffolk County Crime Stoppers if you know Altamirano's whereabouts.
