Crime Stoppers Featured Case #19-09 Kenneth Coleman Homicide
Portland Police Bureau Case #18-217521
The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public’s help to solve the 2018 homicide of Kenneth Coleman.
On Friday, June 29, 2018, at 10:46 a.m., Portland Police East Precinct officers responded to the Goodwill Store, located at 12250 Northeast Halsey Street, on the report that an unconscious and not breathing person was found behind the store.
Officers arrived at the scene and located a deceased adult male in a wooded area behind the Goodwill Store, off the cul-de-sac on Northeast Wasco Street.
The Oregon State Medical Examiner’s Office conducted an autopsy on the deceased, 44-year-old Kenneth Lamont Coleman, and determined that he died of homicidal violence.
No arrests have been made and there is no suspect information in this case.

Thoughts? Tragically, according to the local news segment, Kenneth Coleman was a father of four biological children and two adopted children. He was expecting his third grandchild. Family members are perplexed as to why Coleman was in the area as he does not hang out with strangers.
