On July 11, 2009, Raul was moving his vehicle in the driveway of his Topeka, Kansas home. This was at 10:20 PM. While doing this, Raul allegedly struck one-year old Joel Arreola. Joel died soon after from massive head trauma.
Raul Retana-Vasquez was arrested on a charge of involuntary DUI manslaughter. However, he became a fugitive at some point afterwards.

Thoughts? As of today, September 18, 2019, Raul Retana-Vasquez is listed as one of Shawnee County's Most Wanted. That website has had 2019 capture updates so we know for sure that Raul is still at large.
The article immediately after Joel's death did not elaborate if Raul and one-year old Joel were related (that information wasn't available at the time). However, if I find out that Raul allegedly ran over and killed his own son, then I am going to be really ****ing outraged! Regardless of the relation, this is still a really horrible case.
