Mesa AZ-ON SEPTEMBER 23RD 2006, CHRISTOPHER JOSEPH FLORES WAS OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN HE STRUCK
A SUBJECT ON A BICYCLE IN MESA, ARIZONA. THE SUBJECT WAS KILLED INSTANTLY UPON IMPACT FROM
BEHIND. LATER IT WAS DETERMINED THAT FLORES WAS IMPAIRED BY ALCOHOL AND MARIJUANA. FLORES WAS
BOOKED INTO MARICOPA COUNTY JAIL AND LATER RELEASED ON HIS OWN RECOGNIZANCE PENDING CHARGES.
FLORES HAS NOT BEEN SEEN SINCE HIS RELEASE. FLORES HAS FAMILY IN SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA, CHICAGO &
HARVEY, ILLINOIS AND CHIPPEWA FALLS, WISCONSON.

The good news is he has family all over the U.S. so hopefully he didn't flee to another country where it would be harder to catch him.
