From The Charley Project:
William disappeared from College Station, Texas on March 30, 2005. Authorities believe he was abducted by his non-custodial mother. Photographs and information about the mother are unavailable. William and his mother may be in China. The child's case remains unsolved.
Santa Clara, California police are investigating William's case.
