Robert Vaughn Evans is wanted for his alleged involvement in a bank robbery which occurred on May 1, 2019, in Moorhead, Minnesota. Evans entered the bank, approached the victim teller, and allegedly displayed a demand note. It is alleged that he received a known amount of money and then exited the bank. At the time of the robbery, Evans wore a baseball hat, a blue long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans, dark shoes, and a tan belt.
On May 30, 2019, a federal arrest warrant was issued in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota, after Evans was charged with bank robbery.

Thoughts? As of this posting date (9/7/2019), Evans is still on the FBI's website as one of their most wanted known bank robbers and it should be stressed the poster says Evans should be considered armed and dangerous, possibly suicidal, with violent tendencies, and an escape risk- and I'm getting to why I think they put that- it turns out Evans isn't only wanted in Minnesota. (Hence why I put national instead of Minnesota in the thread title)
According to a press release from last month from the Washington County Sheriff's Office in West Virginia, Evans is also wanted in West Virginia as a result of alleged breaking and entering of a motorsports shop as well as a parole violation warrant. He is additionally wanted in New York, Florida, Iowa, North Carolina, and Ohio on various robbery, theft, and/or breaking-and-entering charges: washingtoncountysheriff.org/2019/08/15/wcso-requesting-assistance-in-locating-robert-vaughn-evans/
So this is a man on a very violent alleged crime spree and it is important to catch him before anyone gets hurt. So please also take a look at the above FBI.gov profile as it shows multiple photos of Evans' different looks.
Finally, for AMW Fans, this is a different fugitive and I'm fairly certain not related to America's Most Wanted fugitive and wanted sex offender Robert Henry Evans (who is also still at large as of the aforementioned posting date).
