Thoughts? As of today, September 5, 2019, Louis Guitterez is still at large since he's on Philadelphia's Most Wanted.
I am specifically posting this thread not only to publicize a fugitive murder suspect, but also to confirm how exactly this fugitive's name is spelt. In 2002, the Philadelphia Most Wanted page spelt his last name as Guttierrez where as the current Philly Most Wanted page spells it as Guitterrez.
This is important since Pennsylvania keeps an online case docket of all open and closed cases and I for the life of me cannot find it in their database with this bizarre spelling. It also might be why I can't find any articles from the early 1980s on this case through Newspapers.com
