Distinguishing Characteristics: Native American male. Brown hair, brown eyes. Murphy's ears and lower lip are pierced, and he wears eyeglasses. He has tattoos on his left shoulder, left hand, both calves, and both forearms, including the word "Moscow" on his right forearm. He may have facial hair. Details of Disappearance
Murphy was last seen at the Palouse Mall in Moscow, Idaho sometime in late February 2018, after February 23. He was getting into a vehicle with an unidentified man. He has never been heard from again.
Murphy wasn't reported missing until July. He doesn't usually use debit or credit cards, and his cellular phone doesn't have a working number, making him difficult to track. He lived in Lapwai, Idaho at the time of his disappearance. Few details are available in his case.
