Details of Disappearance
Woodruff left Indianapolis, Indiana on April 1, 2016 and traveled to San Francisco, California. The last reported sighting of her was on February 9, 2018, almost two years after she left home in the vicinity of 19th Avenue and Ocean Avenue in the Lakeside District in San Francisco. She was possibly homeless at the time and may have been living in an orange and gray tent.
She has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.
